The JuniorEXPERT Program

A JuniorEXPERT, also known as Junior consultant in a dynamic -integral training stage, gains practical knowledge in our company for a period of 6 months to 1 year. This program not only introduces the JuniorEXPERT into the the operation world of our company, but also establishes a strong connection between the JuniorEXPERT and the success of the project.

The JuniorEXPERT learns to work in a in real- life situations and experiences what is required and necessary on the market. This is achieved through his/her inclusion in projects and an active participation in one internal and two external projects.

The juniorEXPERT takes advantage of the guidance of a mentor, who at the beginning supports and advises the apprentice and, as the experience grows, turns into a passive adviser. At this point the JuniorEXPERT begins to play a leading role in the project.

Discussions and revisions are extremely important, not only for the JuniorEXPERT, but also for the whole project. The JuniorEXPERT will furthermore participate in all meetings of the company.
