The role of the mentor

The mentor is a senior consultant with several years of experience in specific business areas. He is also well experienced in leading multidisciplinary working teams.

The mentor represents the reference point between the JuniorEXPERT and the client, and plays two different roles: On one hand as a project coordinator/leader for the client and on the other as a JuniorEXPERT counselor during the development of the project.

The mentor describes and supervises the activities of the JuniorEXPERT, determines the different stages of the project and guarantees its proper implementation. It is also important to emphasize the fact that the JuniorEXPERT will always be supported and protected, not only by the mentor, but also by the whole company.
